• Professor at the Department of Administrative Law and Administration Science, Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
• Ph. D. dissertation was awarded in a prestigious competition for best dissertation.
• Has authored numerous research publications, including: Zasady ogólne prawa administracyjnego [General Rules of Administrative Law], Wydawnictwo Naukowe UAM w Poznaniu [Scientific Publishing House of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan] 1989; Indywidualny akt administracyjny jako forma prawna działania administracji [Individual Administrative Act as a Legal Form of Administration Activity], 2005, Poznan,
• Took part in American Law courses in Leiden and Salzburg; he is an H. Böll Foundation Scholar in Germany.
• Advisor in the field of energy law and environmental protection law (including environmental reports, decisions on environmental aspects of analysis of Polish legislative framework consistent with EU Directives).
• Advisor on multiple in-progress investment projects and ongoing disputes concerning major investment projects for developers in the fields of industrial construction, infrastructure development (particularly with regard to laws on roads and local government) and housing construction.
• Acting attorney in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, central administration bodies or local government unit authorities.
• Expert for local governments and notaries.
