• Attorney-at-law, PhD in Law, Assistant Professor at the Department of Criminal Procedure, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań
• He specializes in broadly understood criminal law, including criminal, fiscal, economic, and misdemeanor proceedings. He provides legal services to entrepreneurs in matters concerning the criminal liability of management board members, fiscal offenses, and criminal manipulation of financial markets. His expertise also covers the design and implementation of internal anti-corruption, AML, and compliance procedures.
• He has participated in and coordinated both international (DG Justice) and national research projects. As a trainer and lecturer, he conducts numerous courses, workshops, and seminars. He is the author of several dozen academic publications on criminal and constitutional law, as well as articles featured in professional journals.
• He is an attorney-at-law registered with the District Bar Council in Warsaw and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He works in Polish and English.
