Provides legal support to private entities matters related to the implementation of investment processes, in particular in matters related to spatial planning and development law and related matters (construction law, geological and mining law, environmental protection law, legal landscape protection).
In daily practice, she advises primarily in proceedings before public administration bodies and administrative courts. Provides legal assistance in the non-litigation area, supporting clients in determining the conditions and risks of business ventures.
Trainer and attendee of many conferences and trainings. An Author of many publications in monographs and scientific journals.
Graduated at Law and Administration Faculty in Adam Mickiewicz University. Received a PhD in law studies.
