Experience

• Doctor of Law specializing in administrative and local government, especially in the field of local government system and municipal management and public transport.
• Supports local-government units and municipal companies in the performance of their public tasks. Has an experience in preparing drafts of normative acts including statutory ones, and those related to cooperation in local government (unions, agreements). Also supports clients in proceedings before administrative courts.
• A lecturer with experience in higher education. He shares his knowledge during trainings and webinars on administrative law, addressed to people related to local government sector. Author of many articles focused on administrative law. Author of books i.a. “Civic Budget in the Practice of Local Governments” (original title “Budżet obywatelski w praktyce samorządów”) and “Public Transport. Guide for Local Government Units” (original title “Publiczny transport zbiorowy. Przewodnik dla organów samorządu terytorialnego”).
• Graduated at Law, Canon Law and Administration Faculty in Catholic University of Lublin. The PhD degree acquired at Law and Administration Faculty in Adam Mickiewicz University. Works in Polish and English.
