• Specializes in the field of comprehensive legal aid for local-government units at all levels, other units of the public finances sector, private entrepreneurs and municipal companies in the field of administrative law in particular spatial development, real estate, environmental protection, waste management and access to public information.
• Advises local government units and municipal companies on constitutional cases in particular in the field of permissible legal forms of performing their own tasks, represents clients in proceedings related to complaints against acts of bodies of local government units, acts of supervision over local government activities and other acts of local law, administrative and administrative court proceedings related to access to public information and wildly understood waste management law.
• Co-Author of books on access to public information and investment process. Author of many articles published in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita and other newspaper and at Prawodlasamorzadu.pl. Trainer specializing in the area of administrative law and administrative proceedings, the investment process and access to public information.
• Attorney-at-Law at Poznan Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Graduated Law and Administrative Faculty at Warsaw Univeristy, finished postgraduate studies in the field of local-government units at Geography and Local Studies Faculty of Warsaw University and Master of Public Administration Studies at University of Economics in Poznań.
